FAQ

How long does therapy last?

The length of treatment will invariably vary from person to person. Counselling can be considered more short  term ( for example six weeks) while psychotherapy is considered to take place over a longer period. Clients my come with a specific problem like pervasive stress or anxiety and sessions can be geared towards working to alleviate this more directly where a more CBT approach can be used.  Other issues may take more time, It is good to remember that our patterns and habits can be life long in the making so inevitably it takes time and patience to be able to discover who we are and move in a new direction.

How much does it cost ?

I work on a sliding scale of between 60.00 euro a session to 45.00 euro a session. This is dependent on financial circumstances and what is deemed financially viable.
